Vario S430 Sintering Oven
Zubler’s new VARIO S430 incorporates high-quality parts and Zubler’s expert engineering. The chamber’s Molybdenum (MoSi2) elements ensure clean firings and longer maintenance cycles, resulting in better efficiency and lifespan.
Material selection and sintering dish design are crucial for successful sintering. The trays are designed for stacking, with a sturdy build that ensures prolonged service life and better sintering results for high-strength and highly translucent zirconia.
The TTC feature, first included in Zubler’s VARIO 200ZR ceramic oven, has proven to be a reliable method for cooling during the final stage of the sintering program in the VARIO S430. The TTC feature controls temperature descent at a user-defined rate until the chamber opens, ensuring a safer sintering process.
The VARIO S430 offers several advantages. It is capable of reaching a heat rate of 99°C/Min and features Time Temperature Cooling (TTC) with linear cooling program control. The Power Failure Control (PFC) allows the oven to resume a program from the point of interruption. Equipped with 4 High Purity Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi2) Heating Elements with speed capabilities, the oven also includes 2 stackable sintering dishes. Additionally, it comes with a pre-programmed regeneration maintenance cycle and has a USB port for program transfers and software updates.
Vario Ceramic Oven
The Vario Ceramic Oven features a firing chamber with a 120mm diameter, high-impact touch glass, a USB port, and chambers optimized for specific functions.
The VARIO 230 series, equipped with “Z-120 Technology,” ensures consistent temperature and homogeneity across the entire firing tray.
The VARIO 230ZR, with TTC Mode, is perfect for sensitive ceramics like lithium disilicate and layered zirconia, making it the top choice for securely processing sensitive zirconia bridges and full arches.
